MEASURE: horizontal card rails, designed for smartphones

The previous MEASURE still required too much vertical scrolling. This refactor borrows DECIDE and TEST's mobile interaction pattern: one clear card at a time, scroll-snap, visible peek of the next item.

Changes

  • 6 benchmark cards on mobile, in a horizontal selectable rail. Each includes the benchmark title, real question, published/unpublished status, current-position 01 / 06 and accessible previous/next buttons. Tapping a card switches the evidence; swiping browses the options.
  • Benchmark scope (models, published cells, capabilities, runtimes) in a low-height horizontal rail, no compressed metadata grid.
  • Three published performance highlights (best overall, best local, fastest local) as value-first snapping KPI cards in a dedicated viewport.
  • Model comparison becomes horizontally scrolling quality/latency cards: top 3 by published aggregate quality initially, Show All to reveal more, Local/API filter retained, point selection synchronized with the original chart.
  • RedactGuard measured insights also use horizontal scrolling on phones. Full charts, methodological explanations, partial evidence and missing-snapshot states remain accessible and truthful.
  • Reuses canonical Plus Jakarta Sans, Inter, semantic light/dark tokens, reduced-motion support, 44px arrow targets and keyboard-focusable rails.

Validation

  • ✅ Latest technical validation: Astro build, tests and smoke successful.
  • ✅ Latest home visual review: capture passed at 320/390/768/1440 px, light/dark. Includes measured DOM geometry for all rails, no page overflow, previous/next, swipe, Local/API filtering, View All, chart expand and unpublished snapshot behavior.
  • ⏳ Global visual run separately tests preexisting featured project-page issues; no project-page components changed.

Target: dev. Not merged.
