docs: add quick start and daily Memory Bank workflow

Summary

• rewrite the daily usage guide around routing, project context, Feature Packs, implementation, verification, and returning durable knowledge
• add a standalone Russian quick start with adoption, first-task, fresh-session, and Symphony launch examples
• document three launch scenarios: automatic routing, explicit Feature Pack delivery, and start-issue 123
• add three four-frame terminal GIFs; their rendering source remains in the private corp-content production workspace
• link the quick start from both READMEs and the adoption guide
