Club-event kiosks need SSID and password on screen. Missing androidAppUrl now falls through to the other-phone wizard instead of blocking. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
Stop handset-setup retry loops, allow continuing without Wi-Fi config on phone paths, and add organizer-only wifi-qr.svg for camera-based join. Manual network name and password stay behind an explicit kiosk button. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
