Few small changes:

Use uniresolver.io instead of dev.uniresolver.io
Fix some links (btr2 -> btcr2)
Use media type application/did (now the standard type in DID 1.1)
Use concrete working example in did:btcr2 GET request
Add deep link to Universal Resolver UI that auto-resolves a DID
