Description

Every mention of DEPT across the app and docs now reads "DEPT®". Updated authorName in .projenrc.ts and regenerated the projen-managed files (package.json author fields and LICENSE copyright lines in the root package and back-end, front-end, shared-lib), the deployment upgrade guide (docs/deployment/upgrading.md), and the user-facing consent/privacy text in EGConsentBanner.vue and profile.vue.

Testing*

• pnpm lint and pnpm test pass for front-end and shared-lib (includes openapi-guard.test.ts)
• pnpm test passes for back-end (ran via the pre-commit hook)
• Manually diffed all regenerated package.json/LICENSE files to confirm only the DEPT name/copyright line changed

Impact

Cosmetic/text-only change. No behavior, schema, or API changes.
