Closing as redundant, not rejected: every commit here is already included in the stack #26 → #27 ( Nothing is lost. The branch stays, and the work continues in #26, which currently has security-critical changes requested (see the review there) before it can be considered for merge. |

Created initial sql and proto schema. They are not final and need to be reviewed, however @DCT-Berinyuy You can use them alredy to start working
