First of all, thanks for putting this project together. I got the Docker image running on Unraid and everything seems to be working correctly from a deployment standpoint.
However, Hebrew output quality is extremely poor, and after looking through the logs I noticed the following warning:
dicta_onnx not available - Hebrew text processing skipped
Attempting to install it manually fails because the available versions require Python 3.11+
Any known workaround?
