fix(ci): pin python to 3.14 in lint workflow - #94

The lint workflow uses
python-version: 3.x, which now resolves to 3.15.0. The Pipfile requires 3.14, sopipenv install --deploy --devfails with "Python 3.14 was not found" before pylint or pytest run. Every PR hits this, including #87 (werkzeug bump).This pins the workflow to 3.14, matching the Pipfile.
Pipfile.lockis untouched. Moving the Pipfile and Dockerfile to a single version (3.15) can be a separate change.After merge, #87 needs a rebase to pick this up.
