Conversation
Adds an AV1 decoder for GPUs whose VA-API driver decodes AV1 profile 0, such as AMD's, with its own parser for the sequence and frame headers. Film grain, superres, spatial layers and other bit depths go to dav1d.

Adds an AV1 profile 0 decoder for GPUs whose VA-API driver decodes AV1, such as AMD RDNA, with its own parser for the sequence and frame headers. Streams with film grain, superres, spatial layers, more than 8 bits or a single plane go to dav1d, before anything of the temporal unit is output.
