I've spent over 15 years in open source and developer communities, and they left me with one conviction: community — internal or external — is how people grow, and how valuable work finds its audience.

My own projects live where Unix minimalism meets AI-native engineering: small systems for running, instructing, and measuring autonomous agent teams. 🐡
