Log Analytics rejects a table PUT that names the rule's _-prefixed columns (MSG 1008), so #9 broke the test deploy. Back to the single column list; the four-column delete in what-if is noise.

Reverts the column declaration from #9. The tables API rejects a PUT that names the summary rule's
_-prefixed columns (MSG 1008: Column name _BinSize contains invalid characters), so the test deploy failed on the event-logs module. Back to the single column list; the four-column delete in what-if is noise and is noted in a comment.Budget filter from #8 deployed and verified on test in the same run.
