Sort Notes by Modified/Creation Date

As title suggests, just options for note order as they appear in note folder viewer

Also, it would be great to reverse order by title/filename. I put the date in the front of the filename so that I can track the date even if the file modification time is lost.

Hey @dionmunk I added a PR to address the modified by sorting.

We might want to create a separate enhancement for supporting different sorting options.

Another improvement would be to use the same method of listening to config changes to also keep the list of notes up to date.
