Every entry pins the repo's current sha, and the weight file was checked present in the repo. - MiniMax-H3: 13 trial (styles, speech, orbits, action and motion, a diffusers-native 4-step turbo) and 3 rejected - FastVideo FastH3 (.diff keys), RAVEN (unrecognised prefix, loads nothing silently), TaoMate (lowercase lora_a/lora_b). - Qwen-Image-2.1: 10 trial (three few-step distills, which need their scheduler and sigma overrides, plus edit LoRAs) and alibaba-pai Fun-Acc rejected (custom format and pipeline). ai-toolkit LoRAs with a fused img_mlp.gate_up are left out: diffusers drops those keys with only a warning, so they load partially. - Z-Image-Turbo: 13 trial (quality fixes and styles). Three skills sat within bytes of the 12 KiB cap, so every fix meant trimming wording elsewhere. SKILL.md loads whenever a skill triggers; detail only some requests need now lives in references/ beside it and is read when the skill points there: - ltx-2.5: the trained caption spec (8.4 KB, was 12.3) - minimax-h3: checkpoint and LoRA combinations, the cuts recipes (10.4 KB, was 12.3) - minimax-music3: loudness, keeping a run (11.3 KB, was 12.1) The tests read a skill's references as part of its text, so a moved rule is still held to the library that enforces it; the size cap is on SKILL.md alone, and a new test fails on a reference no SKILL.md links or a link to one that is not there.
