Problem

capabilities/sliver-c2/docs/sliver/ held 30 files — a copy of Sliver's documentation plus Sliver's GPL-3.0 LICENSE — flagged as BishopFox/sliver by Black Duck and distributed with the capability source. SKILL.md referenced these files by path in 7 places.

Change

  • Removed capabilities/sliver-c2/docs/sliver/ (30 files incl. the GPL-3.0 LICENSE).
  • SKILL.md: each of the 7 docs/sliver/... references now carries a short summary in our own words plus a citation to sliver.sh.
  • NOTICE: dropped the now-stale sliver docs entry.
  • capability.yaml: sliver-c2 1.0.0 → 1.0.1.

Air-gap decision (R3)

Air-gapped installs need this content, so the 7 references use inline own-words summaries (functional offline) plus an upstream link, not bare links. The GPL copy is still removed.

Acceptance

  • git ls-tree -r HEAD -- capabilities/sliver-c2/docs/sliver → empty ✓
  • git grep "docs/sliver" (whole repo) → empty ✓
  • just validate strict=true → 0 failed (sliver-c2@1.0.1 ✓)

Closes ENG-8910.

…maries (ENG-8910)

Removes capabilities/sliver-c2/docs/sliver/ (30 files incl. a GPL-3.0
LICENSE, flagged BishopFox/sliver by Black Duck). SKILL.md now carries
short summaries in our own words plus citations to sliver.sh so the
capability still works in air-gapped installs. Drops the stale NOTICE entry.
