Summary

• Adds ~/.claude.json (claude-code) to HOME_CONFIGS in src/mcplint/discovery.py.
• Integrates user-scope Claude Code MCP server discovery (mcpServers top-level key).
• Safe parsing: non-mcp or malformed files are safely skipped without crashing (parse_config_file returns None).
• Added unit tests covering user-scope discovery and malformed file handling in tests/test_parse.py.

Verification

• uv run pytest: 29 passed
• uv run ruff check .: All checks passed

Thanks @1998LJ — clean implementation. The size guard and malformed-file handling are exactly the edge cases I was worried about with ~/.claude.json in the wild. Approved the CI run; merging once green.
