closes #2

adds cline mcp settings paths for vs code and cursor to home configs in src/mcplint/discovery.py

changes:

• added typical cline paths across linux, macos and windows to HOME_CONFIGS
• added cline detection to guess_client in parse.py
• added unit tests covering discovery and parsing for linux and macos with spaces in test_parse.py
• added test verifying scan home finds cline settings in test_cli.py

validation:

• pytest passed 30 tests
• ruff check passed cleanly

Thanks @HeaTTap — this looks great! Approved the CI run; I'll merge once it's green. Nice touch covering the macOS path with spaces.
