feat(template): enlarge wallpaper logo for thumbnail legibility

Summary

Follow-up to #256: the E2B logotype on template/files/wallpaper.png was ~21% of the wallpaper width (436px of 2048), too small to read in sandbox thumbnails. Re-rendered it from the brand SVG at ~32% width (660px), still centered on black at 2048x1536.

readme-assets/screenshot.png updated to match (logo region re-composited at the same relative size).

Restore the desktop UI in the README screenshot

When visitors view the repository README, this replacement image now shows only the black wallpaper and E2B logo; the XFCE panel, desktop icons, dock, and cursor from the previous real desktop capture are all gone. Since the image is presented as “Desktop Sandbox” and this change was intended only to enlarge the logo region, it should preserve the surrounding desktop UI rather than replacing the capture with what is effectively a wallpaper preview.
