Minimal hotfix based directly on deployed SHA 3bfe40b. Adds a strictly bounded 128 MiB to 4 GiB sandbox memory profile; memory and memory-swap remain equal and all network/root/capability controls remain unchanged. The exact sandbox image digest and effective resource profile are incorporated into the authoritative certification environment identity and journey evidence.
Local evidence: focused identity/containment set 22 passed / 1 Docker-only skip; production-baseline suite 659 passed / 2 skipped with only the known QUENCH Windows symlink-privilege case excluded; P1 acceptance passed; the exact ECF full journey passed in the network-disabled, read-only 1 GiB container. Hosted Linux CI remains required.
