This PR is a major refactor of Echoshader, introducing modular visualization elements, updated echogram and tricolor APIs, a YAML configured Panel application framework, and improved validation, tests, and documentation.
Updated compatibility with Echopype 0.12.0 and validated multifrequency and tricolor echograms using Hake data through a live Panel application.
