Paint flyout title text in the control's foreground color - #1667

The titles of the Structure and Palette flyouts were drawn in black on the control's own background, so they were unreadable in a dark theme. They now use the control's foreground color, which the theme sets. Assisted-by: multiple AI agents and layers of automated tooling 🤖

The titles of the Structure and Palette flyouts on the Design page were painted in hard-coded black on the control's own background, which made them unreadable in a dark theme. They now use the control's foreground color, so they follow the active theme and stay unchanged in light themes.
