🎯 Outcome

Reconciles Beacon issue #1 with the implementation already delivered by PR #9 and the shared execution/package layer delivered by PR #15. The technical-whitepaper profile is locally usable and now documents its verified Beacon package—not mutable build/ files—as the downstream publication boundary.

✅ Acceptance closeout

• Canonical metadata, abstract, claims, sources, citations, diagrams, limitations, review state, and version history are implemented.
• Organization and product theme projections are implemented behind the Identity-compatible input contract.
• Structural, evidence, citation, link, contrast, accessibility, PDF, embedded-font, and reproducibility checks are implemented.
• beacon package stages the PDF and web entrypoint with a versioned manifest and SHA-256 checksums for Relay consumption.

Live routes, deployment, rollback, and fleet adoption remain downstream responsibilities in egohygiene/relay#4 and egohygiene/pace#11. The later Reflector compatibility audit may refine the consumer adapter without reopening the base whitepaper profile.
