Entry docs still directed contributors to merged PR #60 / issue #30, excluded the existing native Optiflow adapter, and treated merged roadmap PR #79 as a draft. Current entrypoints now describe the durable library/kernel and read-only v0.1.1 adapter accurately and point to one continuation route in docs/work/11/HANDOFF.md. After this checkpoint, #15 is next in the live #11 ledger.

The capability matrix distinguishes inspected source, package labels, published releases and native qualification. CLI, Aniflow/Renderflow adapters, installed workflows and Flow release remain separately owned work; #53's scope tension and optional product lanes remain visible. ADR-0011/0012/0013 stay proposed pending human review.

Validation:

  • 790 Markdown links checked: 136 relative targets resolve; 654 external URLs checked for syntax only, without an HTTP crawl.
  • Metadata and the 46-document relationship graph pass; existing specification, skill and agent validators pass.
  • Original handoff/map suffixes and the embedded September execution snapshot remain byte-preserved. 23 existing roadmap/ADR/validation/audit artifacts are unchanged, including the October 6 graph/JSON/archive and October 15 provider-order note.
  • Independent source and live-ledger reviews found no remaining material issue. The evidence receipt's source/protected-file hashes were independently inspected.

Current handoff · Documentation evidence

Documentation only: runtime source, provider contracts, workflow definitions, release assets and validation requirements are untouched. Product tests/compiler/lint/native checks and hosted CI were not run, dispatched or polled. The commit requests [skip ci]; no product-green or release claim follows. Existing Flow #34 and provider validation deferrals remain in force.

Closes #82.

Document the merged durable kernel and native Optiflow adapter, retain dated roadmap and ADR evidence, and point current entrypoints to one live continuation route.

Documentation checks and independent reviews recorded in docs/validation/flow-82-docs.json. No product qualification implied. Closes #82.
