Before R2022b, codecheckToolbox uses checkcode, which reports no severity. That path counts every issue as info. It set issueCount.Info to numel(issueCount), which is the element count of the 1x1 struct and therefore always 1. It now uses issueCount.Total.

The code-issues badge shows the total count, so the badge was not affected. The Info count appears in the printed summary.

checkcode reports no severity, so the pre-R2022b path assigns all
issues to the Info count. It used numel(issueCount), which is the
element count of the 1x1 struct and therefore always 1, instead of
the number of issues found.
