test(ci): validate Wolfi crawl smoke fails without jdk.net

Part of #498

Do not merge. This PR intentionally drops jdk.net from the Wolfi jlink module list while keeping the crawl smoke test from #499. It reproduces the pre-fix broken image so we can confirm CI goes red when the crawl fails.

After CI fails as expected, close this PR without merging.
