Power gets a first-class toolbar button that stages the runStrategy change and says so (toast + staged badge) - burying the most basic verb inside Edit Settings was counterintuitive. Summary reorganizes into six cards (Guest/Hardware/Placement/GitOps/Issues/Capacity), each with its next action; tiles fold into the cards they duplicated. Surfaces drop from slate chroma 0.04 to near-neutral 0.012-0.016 (navy ground drowned the accent), hairlines a step more visible, selection solid instead of alpha, badge tints lifted off the invisible -950s. Closes the remaining VM-page gaps against the direction-A mock, plus the dark-theme complaint.
Power is a button again. First in the toolbar, contextual (Power on/off). It stages the declarative
runStrategychange — the doctrine stands — but says so where the click happens: success toast with "Review & propose", staged badge in the header, staged value inline in the Guest card. Burying power inside Edit Settings was counterintuitive; the fix is presentation, not imperative power.Summary is the fact-card grid. Guest / Hardware / Placement / GitOps / Issues / Capacity & Usage, each header carrying its next action (Console, Edit, Migrate, Review changes); staged values render current → future in place; the console preview stays. The tile row folds into the cards it duplicated. Not-in-git and drift callouts unchanged below.
Dark theme. Surfaces drop to near-neutral (chroma 0.012–0.016 instead of slate's 0.04) so the ground stops competing with the accent; hairlines one step more visible; selection becomes a solid token; status badge tints lifted off the invisible -950 values. One override block, as before; light theme untouched.
Fixture suite 45/45 (power-stage flow asserted end to end), axe clean in both themes.
Live validation on hetznet: pending, posted before merge.
