…t form Story 10-5 (SM-5): add docs/reproduce/ with an end-to-end checklist (parts A-H) that walks the build and deploy guides from parts to a Threshold Alert, a result template and results folder, and a GitHub issue form for stuck points. Link it from README and both guides. The reproduction run itself is owed by an operator.
