I had previously put something in place to widen the tap area to try to fix this, but it didn't fully help because it turned out the target height was also too small. So this should hopefully help quite a bit. Also, advice for the future: Don't confuse the Layout library's `w` and `h` attributes with `width` and `height`. :) The latter are explicit settings for the layout (which may or may not be defined), while the latter are the actual calculated values (probably the actual ones you want in drawing code).
- Display time as positive rather than negative - Have reset confirmation work properly - Provide a default name that identifies the timer as “Chrono” - Hide countdown-related settings while timer is in count-up mode

This is version 0.04 of Tev's Timer. It includes several minor UI enhancements (listed in changelog).
