Problem
The response metadata parser rejects conflicting duplicate
X-DNS-Prefetch-Controlfields, but this invariant was not explicitly covered for identical values.Change
Add a focused regression test that verifies duplicate fields are preserved by the generic header accessor and rejected by the typed metadata accessor even when both values are identical.
