Add languageCode English to jhove.conf

Please consider adding <languageCode>en</languageCode> to FITS's jhove.conf file. When I built and tested FITS today, it reported failed unit tests. This included fails due to the fact that JHOVE produced messages in Dutch (actual output) instead of English (expected output). After adding the proposed languageCode to jhove.conf these fails were solved.
