## 1.11.0

### Apple: raise minimum OS to iOS 15.0 and macOS 12.0

The xcframework slices are now compiled and linked for iOS 15.0 (device and
simulator) and macOS 12.0, up from iOS 13.0 and macOS 10.15, and each
framework's `MinimumOSVersion` matches. These are the minimums Xcode 27
supports, and they match Flutter 3.47 and Flet 1.1.0
([flet-dev/flet#6940](https://github.com/flet-dev/flet/issues/6940)).
