Remove dead Travis config and orphaned Makefile.cpufeatures, add Dependabot - #323

…ndabot - .travis.yml: Travis CI config last updated 2019, references Ubuntu Trusty and Xcode 7.x; CI moved to GitHub Actions in 2026. Nothing references travis anymore. - Makefile.cpufeatures: orphaned by f4604ee (cpufeatures replaced with cpu.c); no Makefile includes it and the cpu_features/ directory no longer exists. - Makefile clean target: drop the cpu_features/src/*.o path that can no longer match anything. - .gitattributes: drop the cpu_features/** linguist-vendored entry. - .github/dependabot.yml: weekly github-actions updates so the Actions build matrix (checkout, etc.) stays current.

Cleans up leftovers from the Travis → GitHub Actions migration and the cpufeatures removal, and adds Dependabot for Actions:
