Updated instructions for building the project with clearer code formatting
Removed instructions for restoring missing folders from Arch Linux Archive from the toolchain file since i moved it to the readme
Updated CMake commands to include '-march=pentium4' for compatibility.

I kept running into a weird bug building on a newer toolchain, i dont really understand why the regression occurs but I made some instructions and a toolchain file for people compiling on linux that need a separate environment to avoid the issue.
