docs(cli): call PROOF9 regression memory in the CLI's own help - #1539

cf --help listed the proof command as "PROOF9 quality memory system". The README, the site and the category line all say regression memory; the CLI was the last user-facing place that did not. Docstrings follow. Recorded cleanroom transcripts under scripts/quickstart-cleanroom/artifacts-* still show the old string and are deliberately untouched: they are captured output from real runs, and the next recorded run will show the new one. cf --helpdescribed the proof command as "PROOF9 quality memory system". The README, the site and the category line all say regression memory; the CLI was the last user-facing place that didn't. Docstrings inproof_commands.py,core/proof/__init__.pyandtests/core/test_proof9.pyfollow.Deliberately untouched: the recorded transcripts under
scripts/quickstart-cleanroom/artifacts-*. They are captured output from real runs; rewriting them to match new copy would falsify the artifact. The next recorded run will show the new string.tests/core/test_proof9.py+tests/ci/pass; ruff clean on the touched files.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
