fix(nodejs)!: rename npm packages to unscoped stdbr* - #32

The @stdbr npm scope does not exist, causing 404 'Scope not found' on publish. Rename to unscoped names (consistent with the already published stdbr-wasm): stdbr, stdbr-linux-x64-gnu, stdbr-linux-x64-musl, stdbr-linux-arm64-gnu, stdbr-darwin-x64, stdbr-darwin-arm64, stdbr-win32-x64-msvc.

O escopo @stdbr não existe no npm, causando 404 Scope not found no publish-nodejs (releases 0.0.6 e 0.0.7).
