pnpm 10 is marked insecure in nixpkgs 26.05, and the machine-wide pnpm is now 11.27.0. Pin packageManager to pnpm@11.27.0, move the devshell to nixpkgs-26.05-darwin (pnpm 11.27.0), rename nixfmt-rfc-style to nixfmt, and keep the dependency build scripts pnpm 10 skipped disabled through allowBuilds, since pnpm 11 fails on unreviewed build scripts.
