build(nix): bump nixpkgs to 26.05 and rename nixfmt - #9

Move the devShell from nixpkgs-25.11-darwin to nixpkgs-26.05-darwin and replace the deprecated nixfmt-rfc-style alias with nixfmt. Only the nixpkgs input is updated; nixpkgs-unstable is unchanged. Refs furedea/dotfiles#237 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
