Add AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md symlink and Claude marketplace setup - #54

- AGENTS.md: unified agent instructions distilled from current
FuturedKit projects — architecture (Component/ComponentModel/
FlowCoordinator/Container/DataCache, template state layer),
Swift 6 concurrency rules, networking, code style, SwiftUI,
testing, review checklist and the Futured marketplace skills
to use per workflow phase. CLAUDE.md is a symlink to it.
- .claude/settings.json registers futuredapp/FTClaudeMarketplace
and enables the iOS plugin set for anyone who trusts the folder.
- .swiftformat added (same config as current projects); .swiftlint.yml
gains the shared Futured custom rules and drops
conditional_returns_on_newline, which forbids the inline
`else { return }` every project uses.
- Brewfile installs swiftlint and swiftformat; .gitignore ignores
Local.xcconfig, CLAUDE.local.md and .claude/settings.local.json;
README points to AGENTS.md and SwiftFormat.
