Improve Nash algorithm selection and configuration in GUI - #1194

"Some" equilibria was still recommending Lemke for 2-player games in extensive form, even though we previously confirmed in c76441f that Lemke only supports a single equilibrium in its current implementation.
Add a CancelToken parameter to Nash::EnumPureAgentSolve, parallel to the other Nash algorithms, and check it once per behavior contingency.

@rahulsavani This is WIP towards adding configurable algorithm parameters. The current version re-designs the Nash solver selection fundamentally. Please have a look at the new dialog and make suggestions before I dig into the algorithm-specific configuration part. Also there's a new section in the GUi documentation with a richer explanation of the algorithms. This will get moved out of the GUI documentation before we finish this. Please also check this over and make suggestions. |
