add conky to liveISO to show main hardware stats

Copy the bazzite config for conky and implement it to the live ISO environment

Conky works and shows basic info. The positioning seems to be pretty clunky, its set as top right but seems to be somewhat related to your resolution / scaling how it positions itself. Same happens in Bazzite too so not sure if there is a way to get it actually position and lock itself to a specific corner
