Add NestJS v12 dependency

After updating NestJS to v12 it's no longer possible to install @sentry/nestjs because it only supports up to ^11.0.0

Add ^12.0.0 as dependency, if possible.

This is already fixed in our next major v11. We already released an RC and stable v11 will go out this or next week. What version are you on? I'd suggest upgrading if possible.
