Automatically mark inactive members in the spreadsheet

When someone gets assigned "Inactive Member" role on discord, the bot should mark them as inactive in the spreadsheet too.
Potentially useful pip packages: Gsheets, Gspread.

Also revert it when they become active again (losing inactive role)
