The corpus module has not built on main since #24: cmd/corpus/main.go:192: undefined: gluedWords.

Cause. corpus/.gitignore has a bare corpus line, meant for the binary go build ./cmd/corpus leaves in corpus/. Unanchored, it also matches the directory cmd/corpus/, so any file created there after the rule is silently ignored. #24 described cmd/corpus/glued.go (tested) and committed the call in main.go (tracked from before the rule), but not glued.go nor glued_test.go.

Fix. Anchor the rule to /corpus, and add the two files from the clone #24 was made in (git status --ignored there lists exactly these two under cmd/). go build, go vet and go test ./cmd/corpus pass with go1.27.2.

Found by a fleet govulncheck sweep (vulnscan), which could not load this module.

corpus/.gitignore had a bare `corpus` line, meant for the binary that `go build ./cmd/corpus` leaves in corpus/. Unanchored, it also matched the directory cmd/corpus/, so every file created there after the rule was ignored: #24 committed the call to gluedWords in main.go (tracked from before) without glued.go and its test, and the corpus module has not built since (`undefined: gluedWords`). Anchor the rule to /corpus and add the two files, taken from the clone #24 was made in. go build, go vet and go test ./cmd/corpus pass.
