Self-hosting: the playground and slides --server behind Caddy and OIDC - #53

A new page in seven languages: the release tarball of the site, the Caddyfile (automatic HTTPS with ACME, precompressed files), what the server must get right (application/wasm, compression, caching, the CSP and the frames' sandbox, why no COOP/COEP), what works without the network, slides --server behind the proxy with --allowed-host (after v0.13.0, by pseudo-version), and an OpenID Connect sign-in with Caddy forward_auth and oauth2-proxy, secrets as files. The Playground and Command line pages link to it; the CLI table gains --allowed-host. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

A Self-hosting page in all seven languages, linked from Playground and Command line. The CLI flag table gains
--allowed-host, marked after v0.13.0; the page gives the pseudo-version to install. The page covers:
precompressed br gzip;application/wasm, compression, caching by?v=, the CSP header and the frames' own sandbox, and why COOP/COEP are not needed;slides -sbehind the proxy;forward_auth+ oauth2-proxy, with secrets as files only. caddy-security is given as the alternative.Every configuration shown was run locally, and the OIDC flow was tested end to end against a mock provider. The files are in go-slides/go-slides.github.io#58 under
selfhost/, validated in CI.Checks run locally:
