The README still described the July prototype. Corrected against the code at HEAD:

README said Code says
"5-primitive" Painter 7 methods (FillRoundRect and StrokeRoundRect were added)
nothing about capabilities 6 optional interfaces: Clipper, Translator, PathPainter, ImagePainter, MaskPainter, FacePainter
status prototype, a toolkit migration "if the design proves out" toolkit's Widget.Draw has taken a painter.Painter since v0.6; 180 toolkit files use it
(implied) no dependency github.com/go-gfx/gfx (vector rasteriser for paths)
Go 1.26.4+ badge go 1.27.1 in go.mod

The prototype badge is removed. The sample widgets and the 5×7 font are now described as what they are: demo material.

Every command in the text was run: wui-demo --out … --theme dark writes a 240×160 PNG, and tui-demo --theme dark writes 24-bit ANSI. README only, no code change.

The README still described the July prototype: a "5-primitive" interface,
"3 widgets", status prototype, and a toolkit migration still to come. The
interface has seven methods, six optional capabilities (clip, translate,
paths, images, masks, faces), one dependency (go-gfx/gfx/vector), and the
toolkit has drawn through it since its v0.6: 180 of its files use it.

Every command in the new text was run: wui-demo writes a 240x160 PNG with
--out and --theme, tui-demo writes 24-bit ANSI. The Go badge said 1.26.4+;
go.mod requires 1.27.1.
