Eight new lexers, 23 -> 31, each validated byte-for-byte against HTML captured
from the reference rouge 5.0.0 gem (#14), with the README recording what they
changed (#15).
A backwards-compatible addition: no existing API, tag or token changes. The one
behaviour change is that Guess now resolves an XML declaration or a non-HTML
doctype to the new XML lexer instead of falling back to PlainText.
New in the engine: a CONTINUING delegate (subDelegate / subReset), the gem's
delegate @sub-> continue_lex, whose state stack survives between chunks.Make, Dockerfile and JSX need it.
Coverage is 100.0% with zero uncovered blocks, every lexer is fuzzed, and
lexing is linear in the input against adversarial unterminated constructs
(worst doubling ratio 2.36x).
