feat(OTB-164): connect to the registered OpenCode V2 server on another port - #288

…r port When the configured address does not answer on V2 and OpenCode's registered background server runs on another port, /opencode_start and the auto-restart monitor connect the bot to it instead of refusing. The connected address lives in memory until the bot restarts, and /opencode_stop then stops that server. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
