ScrollController attached to multiple scroll views" error

I am getting " ScrollController attached to multiple scroll views" error because of this and other screens that have ListViews in them.
I have fixed it for now by specifying controller: ScrollController() in all the screens that have a ListView.

Does anyone know how to provide an explicit ScrollController to SettingsContainer?

Here is the existing code for setting_container:

class _SettingContainerState extends State<SettingContainer> {
  final GlobalKey<ScaffoldState> scaffoldKey = GlobalKey<ScaffoldState>();

  @override
  Widget build(BuildContext context) {
    return Scaffold(
        key: scaffoldKey,
        body: ListView(
          shrinkWrap: true,
          children: widget.sections,
        ));
  }
}

It should take a ScrollController as argument and pass it on to the ListView. Any thought?
