Run CodeQL in the merge queue - #318

Conversation
The merge queue waits for the required Analyze (actions), Analyze (javascript-typescript) and Analyze (ruby) checks on its gh-readonly-queue/main/* commit, but they came from CodeQL default setup, which only runs on pushes to main and on pull requests. They never reported there, so every queued PR sat until the queue timed it out. Switch to an advanced-setup workflow that also triggers on merge_group. Languages, build mode, the default query suite and the /language:<lang> categories match default setup, so existing alerts carry over and the required check names stay the same. Default setup has to be switched off before this runs. Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_012JmwPzTeyTm1FTbre7BReG
