Path::parent() of "x.mq-db" is the empty path, so File::open failed with ENOENT after the rename and index -o x.mq-db exited with an error although the file had been written.
NULL against a number compared as equal, which is not a total order, so NULLs ended up between numbers (and a sort may panic on that). NULL now sorts lowest, then booleans, numbers and strings, in both the plain and the aggregate paths.
Vector search keyed on content_hash, and the new columns and tables in the README feature list.
Integers and canonical integer strings now sort by numeric value, so 10 no longer sorts before '2'. Integer/float comparison is exact beyond 2^53, with NaN last, keeping the order transitive.
