…vitest Update webpack 5.112, webpack-cli 7, webpack-merge 6, ts-loader, oxlint, oxfmt and @types/node 26. Use TypeScript 6.0.3 rather than 7, since ts-loader depends on the TypeScript JS API. Replace jest, ts-jest and @types/jest with vitest. There are no test files, so only the config and the test script change; `pnpm test` now passes when no tests are found. Set rootDir in tsconfig.json, which TypeScript 6 requires (TS5011).
Update svgo 4.1, webpack 5.112, webpack-cli 7, webpack-merge 6, ts-loader, terser-webpack-plugin, oxlint and oxfmt. Use TypeScript 6.0.3. Keep @types/vscode, since raising it requires raising engines.vscode, and @types/node on 22.x to match the VS Code extension host. TypeScript 6 no longer loads @types packages automatically, so list `node` in tsconfig.json types.
Update commander 15, puppeteer 25, svgo 4.1 and tsup 9. Use TypeScript 6.0.3. These packages require Node.js 22.12 or later, which is a breaking change for users of the CLI. Replace the unset placeholders in pnpm-workspace.yaml with allowBuilds entries matching the existing pnpm.onlyBuiltDependencies list, since pnpm 11 fails the install on unreviewed build scripts.
